Logan is the cyber-journalist known as Eyes Only, who uses his knowledge of computer technology to bring down the corrupt powers of the new millennium. Heir to a family fortune, Logan hacks into television cable networks and delivers his scathing video messages. He uses his resources to find out Max's identity, and the two develop a deep and complex relationship. He is aided in his work by Det. Matt Sung. When Logan becomes disabled and confined to a wheel-chair, he is taken care of by Bling. He regains use of his legs for a time through various futuristic technologies and medical procedures. Before Max destroyed Manticore, they programmed a virus into her DNA, which is targeted only to Logan's DNA. Therefore, whenever they touch, he faces death. Each time the pair attempt to have the virus neutralized, something comes up for the worst. Therefore, they can only achieve physical with surgical gloves.
